Walmart Georgetown, SC is seeking a store leadership professional to build and coach high-performing teams while driving profitability and delivering excellent customer service. You will oversee staffing, training and performance, manage budgets and expenses, and implement initiatives to improve operations and shrink control.

The role emphasizes guest-first service, ethical standards, and a culture of belonging.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)
• For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position may require a firearms-specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores and giving feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved, promote a culture of belonging and integrity, and support Open Door policies.
