Job summary

Wellspring Health Care Center in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide licensed nursing services under Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. Shifts available: 7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM.

You will take vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, support dementia care, and help maintain dignity and safety. A team-focused environment includes training and DailyPay options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Experience in skilled, sub-acute, assisted living or memory care setting.
• CNA licensure if state requires.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks safely.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Dedicated, compassionate, and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes and report to supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and daily living activities.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Contribute to assessment and care plan.
• Care for residents with dementia.
• Follow schedule of resident needs set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Respect resident rights and encourage independence.
• Attend required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safe working environment and professional demeanor.
