Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.

• Contribute to care plan and follow supervisor's schedule.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Protect resident rights and report abuse or neglect.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect independence and dignity of residents.
