Qualifications

• Ohio CNA/STNA certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to document resident care accurately.
• Ability to lift and transfer residents; stamina required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care: bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and ADLs under RN/LPN supervision
• Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, turning, ambulating, and nutritional supplements
• Observe residents, document intake/output, and report changes to supervising nurse
• Maintain clean, tidy resident rooms and living areas—make beds and transport as needed
• Promote resident rights, dignity, and safety—report abuse/neglect immediately
• Follow all policies, regulations, and infection control standards
• Assist nursing staff and perform other duties as assigned
