Job summary

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our senior living community. This full-time position offers daily living assistance, compassionate care, and a warm, homelike environment for residents.

As a CNA, you will support ADLs, monitor residents, and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure safety and comfort. We value teamwork, respect, and a passion for seniors in a relaxed, supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certificate is required.
• Can-Do Attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for residents.
• Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Resident Care and Support for Daily Activities of Living (ADLs) and Personal Hygiene.
• Respond to Resident Call Lights with a compassionate and helpful approach.
• Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions.
• Record vital signs as requested by staff.
• Promptly notify the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions.
