Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide night-time resident care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor residents, perform safety rounds, document vitals and care provided, respond to call lights, and report concerns.
• Document care provided and collaborate with nurses to ensure continuity of care.
