Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA/CNA certification required.

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, transfers, positioning, and ADLs under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist with meals, hydration, turning, ambulating, and nutritional supplements.
• Observe residents, document intake/output, and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Maintain clean, tidy resident rooms and living areas; make beds and transport as needed.
• Promote resident rights, dignity, and safety; report abuse or neglect immediately.
• Follow all policies, regulations, and infection control standards; assist with other duties as assigned.

• Observe residents, document intake/output, and report changes to supervising nurse
• Maintain clean, tidy resident rooms and living areas—make beds and transport as needed
• Promote resident rights, dignity, and safety—report abuse/neglect immediately
• Follow all CCH Corporation policies, federal/state regulations, and infection control standards
• Assist nursing staff and perform other duties as assigned
