Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Resource Pool on the First Shift. You will deliver nursing care to telemetry and stroke patients per the plan of care, coordinate with other professionals, and document assessments and interventions.

Responsibilities include communicating findings to the Nurse Manager and other clinicians, ensuring adherence to NIAHO Primary Stroke Center standards, and maintaining high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• ADN degree required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia within 1 year of hire.
• NIHSS Certificate within 1 year of hire.
• Complete arrhythmia course within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to telemetry and stroke patients per the plan of care.
• Coordinate and delegate care with other professionals and ancillary staff.
• Communicate findings to the appropriate person(s).
• Adhere to NIAHO standards for Primary Stroke Center and related policies.
