Job summary

The Heritage Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility is seeking State Registered Nurse Aides (SRNAs) to join our geriatrics team. We offer Day and Night shifts with 12-hour rotations and both full-time and part-time opportunities to fit your schedule.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. We provide a competitive benefits package and a supportive family-like environment for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient-centered care for geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the care team.
• Maintain safety and comfort of residents and document care provided.

SRNA/CNA Requirements:

• It is preferred that the Nursing Assistant will have a minimum of a high school diploma or completed a GED program.
• Nursing Assistants will be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
