Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC seeks a State Tested Nurse Assistant (SRNA/STNA/CNA) to provide compassionate personal care aligned with Residents' wishes and Care Plan objectives in a supportive, quality-focused environment.

The role includes bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with daily living activities on 12-hour night shifts from 7pm to 7am, with opportunities for differential pay, PTO accrual, flexible scheduling, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience preferred or equivalent.
• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights/bells/intercom to determine resident needs.
• Check on residents who cannot call for help.
• Provide direct resident care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Explain procedures to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
