Elkton Opco, LLC is seeking a State Registered Nurse Assistant (SRNA) / Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for flexible, full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. The schedule includes 12-hour shifts on the 2nd and 3rd shifts, with same day pay available and great benefits.

Responsibilities include resident personal care, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring call lights are answered promptly, with a focus on compassionate, quality care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience preferred or equivalent.
• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs and ensures call lights are within reach of resident.
• Ensures that residents' who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Gives direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming of residents.
• Explains procedures to residents.
• Assists residents as necessary in their activities of daily living.
• Additional duties as assigned.
