Job summary

Mativ Holdings is seeking a Slitter Operator to set up and operate slitters converting jumbo adhesive rolls into smaller rolls. You will load jumbo onto the unwind, adjust equipment, slit and rewind, inspect product quality, and book finished goods.

Responsibilities include labeling, packing, and ensuring compliance with ISO procedures while supporting the team and QA with samples. Term: 12-hour night shift, 6pm–6am.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Load jumbo rolls onto unwind and perform setup for the specified product.
• Slit and rewind strips to cores following product specs.
• Inspect web quality and book completed product.
• Label and pack products per established standards.
• Maintain ISO procedures and assist QA with samples.
• Collaborate with team during changeovers and troubleshooting.
