Job summary

Atlas Copco in Austin, TX is seeking a Site Coordinator to serve as the critical link between our team and the customer at the Tesla site. You will report to the Site Manager and respond urgently to line halts, install and optimize tools, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance to keep operations running.

The role requires 2–3 years in manufacturing, the ability to read schematics, and proficiency with MS Office, networking, and databases.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to line halts and minimize downtime.
• Install and optimize tools for maximum performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair Atlas Copco tools and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure calibration.
• Communicate effectively with the customer and team.
