Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Site Coordinator to support operations at the customer site in Austin, TX. You will act as the vital link between our team and the customer, ensuring rapid response to line halts and smooth, safe tooling activities.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll install and optimize tools, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance while maintaining clear communication with the customer and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and comprehend schematics; proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to line halts and minimize downtime.
• Install and optimize tools for maximum performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair Atlas Copco tools to ensure continued operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep tools calibrated.
• Communicate effectively with the customer and team.
