Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator for the Decorah, IA facility on a 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 11:00pm–7:00am). The role handles domestic and international shipments, paperwork, RF scanning, cycle counts, and label reconciliation.

A forklift license and basic data skills are required. The position offers a competitive pay rate ($19.58/hour) plus a $2.25 shift premium, with a path to overtime and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good numerical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to access data using a computer.
• Ability to obtain a forklift license.
• Ability to gain knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO14001 requirements.

Responsibilities

• With supervision, prepare outgoing shipments (domestic and overseas) to meet customer, carrier and company specifications.
• Process the required paperwork and data processing for all domestic and overseas customer shipments.
• Accurately perform cycle counts of packaged product utilizing the RF Scanner, going to rack locations to count parts on pallets.
• Consolidate downloads and build skids for cost‑effective routing; adjust paperwork and system data as needed.
• Re-label shipment addresses to match Bill of Lading; initiate pool points for accuracy.
• Request required certs and attach to shipments when needed.
• Enter shipping information and instructions for freight shipments.
• Perform daily system and paperwork updates adjusting dates to meet carrier pickup schedules.
• Accurately perform cycle counts; may use Raymond forklift to access rack locations.
• Ensure proper relocation of parts and FIFO lot control during loading and shipping.
• File downloads and generate PSCAN reports as required.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervision and be available for overtime.
