Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator for the Decorah, IA facility on 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am, Mon–Fri). The role covers domestic and international shipments, paperwork processing, and RF scanner-based cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong numerical skills, and the ability to obtain a forklift license. Familiarity with JDE and ISO/IATF requirements is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Good numerical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing shipments (domestic and overseas) meeting customer, carrier and company specs.
• Process required paperwork and data for all shipments.
• Perform cycle counts of packaged product with RF Scanner and count parts in rack locations.
