Job summary

STANLEY® Engineered Fastening LLC in Decorah, IA seeks a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator for a 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 11:00pm-7:00am). The role focuses on preparing outgoing shipments, processing documentation, and performing RF-based cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, strong numerical and communication skills, and the ability to gain a forklift license. DOT, IATF16949, and ISO14001 awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain forklift license and access data on a computer.
• Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO14001 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing shipments with supervision to meet specs.
• Process paperwork and data for domestic and overseas shipments.
• Perform cycle counts using RF scanners and count parts.
• Consolidate downloads and build cost-effective skids for routing.
• Update paperwork and system data for routing changes.
• Coordinate with carrier and arrange pickups for shipments.
• Ensure FIFO lot control and proper inventory movement.
• Overtime as required.
