Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Decorah, IA is seeking a Warehouse Lead on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3pm–11pm). You will assist the supervisor, train staff, and ensure on-time shipments while serving as the main contact for customers at the Decorah facility.

Role requires basic computer skills, knowledge of warehouse systems, and adherence to safety policies. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• IATF16949 and ISO14001 requirements knowledge.
• Good leadership skills.
• Preferred knowledge of fasteners.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in the efficient operation of the day-to-day functions of the warehouse.
• Direct, train and assist warehouse employees ensuring all shipments to customers are made on time.
• Serve as primary customer contact at warehouse facility to meet the customer’s needs.
• Coordinate shipments with freight vendors.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping compliance.
