Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Inventory Cycle Counter for the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 pm–6:00 am) in Northlake, TX. The role involves counting inventory, auditing outgoing products, and maintaining accuracy across warehouse processes.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of forklift experience, strong math and attention to detail, and the ability to operate a stand‑up forklift, High Reach, and Order Picker in a scanner‑directed environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse processes, safety rules, and product handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular physical cycle counts using RDT equipment and end-of-line audits on outgoing products.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, analyze root causes, and adjust inventory as needed.
• Follow ISO standards and maintain knowledge of distribution center procedures.
• Record defects and inventory changes accurately and report issues promptly.
• Support other DC functions and perform additional duties as assigned.
