Job summary

PCSI - Professional Contract Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Order Dispatcher Lead at Ft. Bliss to supervise dispatchers, coordinate work orders, and ensure timely service delivery.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a 24/7 environment. Responsibilities include leading dispatch teams, advising on GFEBS, and coordinating with service crews to meet customer requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years related experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Service Order Dispatchers with each dispatch and order.
• Provide advice and counsel regarding GFEBS.
• Receive, record and distribute work orders to service crews.
• Prepare and distribute work orders to crews; schedule service calls.
