Job summary

JF Petroleum Group is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to plan, deploy, and manage technician work orders across the branch. You will act as the primary interface with NSA, CCC, and Supply Chain while ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery in line with customer expectations.

You will coordinate with Service Manager and Lead Technicians to optimize scheduling, monitor SLA adherence, and maintain communication with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceMax and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Team player with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Petroleum service experience preferred.
• Ability to pass drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR if driving.

Responsibilities

• Review branch workload and assign work orders to technicians based on priority, skills and routing.
• Proactively manage technician response time relative to SLA.
• Notify customers of potential delays and update SERVCON for deployment timing.
• Coordinate site surveys and ensure data is attached to ServiceMax WO & Project Workbook.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure appropriate technician allocation for projects.
• Monitor KPIs (SLA, FTF, etc.) and participate in Service Ops calls for improvements.
