Job summary

Rivian seeks a Service Advisor to be the central contact for owners during their service experience. You will translate complex vehicle needs into clear, confidence-inspiring communication and coordinate with the service production team to ensure a seamless visit.

Ideal candidates demonstrate empathy, organization, and strong English communication. The role requires flexible scheduling, with potential for on-site customer interactions and collaboration across Rivian facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Available for a 40-hour work week, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Rivian owners, from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover.
• Listen to owner concerns, document them accurately, and set clear expectations.
• Translate technical details from technicians into clear explanations for owners.
• Provide proactive status updates and manage timelines for a transparent service experience.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production teams to align service activities.
• Prepare and explain estimates and invoices with clarity.
