GEOTEK LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Filament Winding (FW) team on a new shift in Stewartville, MN. You will coach a 20-30 person team, ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while building a culture that aligns with our TRUE values.

As a hands-on leader, you will develop training plans, conduct performance reviews, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement through 6S and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment and coaching a team.
• Strong focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and People.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to read a tape measure and basic drawings.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficient with computers for data entry, timesheet reconciliation, email, and KPI tracking.

Aufgaben

• Lead, direct, and coach a team of 20-30 Filament Winding employees.
• Build a cohesive team focused on Safety, Quality, Productivity and training objectives.
• Conduct daily briefings on Safety, Quality and Production priorities; assign tasks.
• Develop and execute training plans; conduct 30/60/90-day and annual reviews.
• Manage shift schedules, time-off, attendance, and timesheet reconciliation.
