Job summary

GEOTEK is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Filament Winding team on a newly opened shift in Stewartville, MN. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery, coaching 20-30 employees and building a strong, engaged team from day one.

You will manage daily operations, training plans, performance reviews, schedules, and reporting while upholding TRUE values and company policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and People.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanically inclined and able to read a tape measure and basic technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coach a team of 20-30 Filament Winding employees on the production floor.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and training objectives; conduct daily updates and reviews.
• Plan and monitor workflow to meet production goals on time and within quality specs; adjust staffing as needed.
• Lead 6S improvements; administer discipline in collaboration with HR; ensure accurate reporting and KPI tracking.
