Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to lead reactive and planned maintenance across mechanical handling equipment at a North America Customer Fulfillment Center. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, document work, and mentor junior engineers to support uptime and safety goals.

Role requires five-plus years in electrical or mechanical fields, strong controls knowledge, and CMMS/automation experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in electrical or mechanical related discipline or advanced training.
• Minimum of five years experience in electrical or mechanical field.
• Experience with controls, fault analysis and solutions.

Responsibilities

• React to MHE breakdowns (mechanical and electrical) and perform timely fixes to minimize downtime.
• Keep accurate records of work activities and parts used.
• Mentor and support other Maintenance Engineers; align priorities with KPIs.
• Collaborate with inbound, pick, dispatch and other teams to support operations.
