Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Security Specialist to maintain a safe environment at the Home Office facilities, greet visitors, and enforce security policies. The role includes data base management, incident response, and life safety procedures to protect associates across emergencies.

Responsibilities include access control, escort duties, facility inspections, and training of new security staff, with monitoring of alarms and CCTV to ensure continuous protection.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of security experience.
• Must possess and maintain LEOSA eligibility with firearms qualification.
• Knowledge of corporate safety and security practices, equipment, and procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and enforce security policies.
• Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with public safety.
• Patrol facilities to ensure security and life safety.
• Maintain access control and secure facilities after hours.
• Assist with training of new security associates and incident investigations.
• Monitor alarm systems, CCTV, and other security infrastructure.
