Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unusual conditions to site leadership.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate information to management.
