Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced for Part Time in Wilmington, DE. This role provides fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, designed for flexibility and income stability.

You will perform security procedures, monitor access, respond calmly to incidents, and support client sites with professional customer service. Valid driver's license and HS diploma required; background check and drug screen apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred and helpful for client-facing work.
• Ability to operate a computer or tablet is preferred; access control experience is a plus.
• Licensing/drug screening/background checks per policy may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and carry out security-related procedures at the site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor/vehicle records.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
