Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, perimeter and other assigned locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry and report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, documenting observations and actions.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate information to leadership.
