Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Credential Validation Driver in North Chesterfield, VA. You will manage visitor and employee entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, and support a welcoming, orderly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control experience with badges is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet for access-control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access-control procedures and security policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain entry/exit records.
• Screen personnel, vehicles, and deliveries according to location requirements and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, areas, and perimeter to identify security concerns.
