Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, docks, yards, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, drivers and vendors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and coordinate with site contacts and emergency services as directed.
• Observe and report unusual conditions and security concerns while supporting movement of personnel and freight operations.
