Job summary

KRE Security LLC is seeking a Dispatcher / Operations Support to keep operations running smoothly during off hours. This hands-on role combines light scheduling, site and guard monitoring, problem-solving, and strong communication to support the Scheduling Department and Operations Team.

You’ll be the eyes and ears of KRE during non-traditional hours, helping with coverage, answering questions, and ensuring clients receive timely assistance. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle high call volume and unexpected situations.
• Knowledge of scheduling concepts and basic office software.
• Willingness to learn company dispatch procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sites and guard coverage and assist with scheduling.
• Fill emergency and last-minute staffing needs.
• Provide light scheduling support and adjust coverage.
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients and guards.
• Serve as main contact for guards during shifts.
• Assist with transportation needs and equipment requests.
• Communicate schedule changes to team members.
• Document important calls and incidents.
