Job summary

KRE Security LLC is seeking a Dispatcher / Operations Support Team Member to join our 24/7 Operations. You will help keep things moving during off-hours, monitor sites, coordinate guard coverage, and respond to urgent staffing needs.

This hands-on role emphasizes communication, problem-solving, and light scheduling, with opportunities to advance. If you stay calm under pressure, enjoy helping clients and guards, and are comfortable using scheduling software, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking to people on the phone, via messaging, and in person.
• Calm, professional, and confident with unexpected situations.
• Computer savvy and comfortable learning scheduling and other software systems.
• Organized with the ability to track multiple items at once.
• Good problem-solver who doesn’t panic when things go wrong.
• Dependable and comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and employees.
• Willing to ask questions when unclear and make sound decisions.
• Aware that a 24/7 security operation may operate outside 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring sites and guard coverage to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Filling emergency and last-minute staffing needs when a guard calls off.
• Providing light scheduling support and coverage adjustments.
• Answering incoming calls and assisting clients, guards, and others.
• Serving as a point of contact for guards needing assistance during shifts.
• Helping guards with uniform and equipment needs.
• Assisting with transportation-related needs when possible.
• Communicating schedule changes and important information to the team.
• Identifying problems early and elevating issues when needed.
• Documenting important calls, changes, incidents, and follow-up items.
• Supporting Scheduling and Operations Teams with other tasks.
