Job summary

KRE Security LLC is seeking a Dispatcher / Operations Support to help keep operations running during evenings and weekends. This hands-on role blends light scheduling, site and guard monitoring, and proactive problem solving to support our 24/7 security operations.

You will be the eyes and ears of KRE during non-traditional hours, coordinating with clients and field staff to ensure quick, calm responses to incidents and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking to people on phone, via messaging, and in person.
• Calm, professional, and confident with unexpected situations.
• Able to learn scheduling, communication, and other software systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sites and guard coverage to ensure smooth operation.
• Fill emergency and last-minute staffing needs.
• Provide light scheduling support and adjust coverage.
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients, guards, and others.
• Serve as point of contact for guards needing assistance.
