Job summary

KRE Security LLC is seeking a Dispatcher / Operations Support Team Member in Hamburg, PA to help keep our 24/7 operations running smoothly. The role combines light scheduling, site monitoring, and hands-on operational support, serving as the eyes and ears during off-hours and emergencies.

You will coordinate with guards, clients, and the scheduling team, answer calls, and solve problems to ensure coverage and timely responses.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or dispatch is a plus.
Willing to learn scheduling and communications software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Able to work evenings, nights, and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Monitoring sites and guard coverage to ensure operations run smoothly.
Filling emergency and last-minute staffing needs when a guard calls off.
Providing light scheduling support and adjusting coverage.
Answering incoming calls and helping clients, guards, and others with questions.
Serving as a point of contact for guards needing assistance during shifts.
Helping guards with uniform and equipment needs.
Assisting with transportation-related needs when possible.
Communicating schedule changes to the team.
Identifying problems early and elevating issues when needed.
Documenting important calls, changes, and follow-up items.
Supporting Scheduling and Operations teams with other tasks.
