Nestlé Allentown is seeking a Seamer Mechanic II to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on can seaming equipment and improve reliability. You will be the go-to person for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic repairs, welding, and related tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience OR a two-year technical degree.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, adjust and repair seamer equipment to maintain standards and seam quality.
• Perform seam checks and adjustments as scheduled.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment in filling area.
• Assist with rebuilds, diagnosis and repairs as needed.
• Weld, braze to repair parts and equipment.
• Operate nibblers, grinders, drill presses, and abrasive cut off machines.
