Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Allentown, PA is seeking an Electrician Class II to maintain plant systems across facilities, unloading, processing, packing and warehouse operations. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to improve reliability and support continuous production.

The role emphasizes safe work practices, hands-on diagnostic work with electrical controls and sensors, and collaboration with maintenance teams to drive improvements. Overtime and night shift are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, military, or related environment.
• 6PM-6AM shift is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical controls systems including motors and PLCs
• Use diagnostic equipment such as volt/ohm meter, wiggie, ammeter and megger
• Proper PPE usage while operating in MCC rooms
• Install sensors
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain switch gear, control wiring and components, overcurrent and overload protection for plant motor(s) including three phase systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain plant electrical and electronic equipment to competent level including operator interfaces, process controllers, power supplies, etc.
• All other duties as assigned
