Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Production Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance on our manufacturing equipment. You will work under the supervision of the Maintenance supervisor and collaborate with maintenance/engineering teams to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic electrical skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and maintenance troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Robotics knowledge is a plus.
• Committed to safety and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Assist in preflight checks and start-ups to ensure efficient operation.
• Recommend and implement improvements to reduce downtime and costs.
• Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation in the CMMS accurately.
• Work with maintenance team and engineering to resolve complex problems.
• Adhere to Lockout/Tagout and Confined Space procedures and safety policies.
