Qualifications

• High School graduate required; 3 years preferred.
• MS Word, Excel, and database experience as evidenced by CVPH tests or related training.
• Prior scheduling experience required.
• Positive interpersonal communication skills; written and oral required.
• Initiative to complete tasks with minimal direction.
• Ability to organize and manage complex scheduling needs.

Responsabilités

• Assist in coordinating staff scheduling within the Patient Care Operations division and prepare staffing reports.
• Maintain computerized patient classification system to support staffing recommendations and scheduling decisions.
