Job summary

Nebraska Medicine is seeking a part-time Scheduling Analyst for the Resource Management Center to support third-shift staffing and capacity planning. The role focuses on end-to-end resource management, scheduling accuracy, and data-driven decision making to ensure the right staffing levels across the network.

Responsibilities include analyzing trends, creating reports, coordinating with departments, and guiding teams to sustain high patient and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in an office or call center environment.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RMC trends, including call volumes, call patterns, staff productivity, attrition rates, and resource allocation.
• Ensure customer service needs are met by coordinating and adjusting staffing needs in a timely manner.
• Create reports to be used for capacity planning within the RMC.
• Coordinate with other departments when outages occur and calls must be redirected.
• Provide guidance for team members, clinics, and other areas by creating a positive work environment to maintain patient and employee satisfaction.
