Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maximize core staff by developing effective schedules.
• Review core staff schedules to identify gaps and critical needs.
• Communicate strategies to fill gaps with leaders.
• Analyze metrics to improve the next schedule period.
• Maximize contingency staff across the schedule and system.
• Identify gaps by priority and workload ratios.
• Assess gaps based on predicted census.
• Proactively recruit contingency staff for immediate needs.
• Plan and deploy core and contingency staff by demand.
• Cancel or reduce staff according to policy.
• Review outcomes to improve placement decisions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Perform the required competencies of the assigned unit or department.
