Job summary

Interfor is hiring a JOB.TITLE in OU.LOCATION, CUSTOM.STATE, where you will maintain saws and cutting equipment on the night shift. This role emphasizes safety, precision, and hands-on use of grinding, welding, and measuring tools to keep our mill running efficiently.

The position offers starting pay of $25.71 per hour, with potential to grow to $35.11 per hour, plus a $1.25 per hour shift differential and a Quarterly Gainshare Bonus based on mill performance.

Qualifications

• High level of safety awareness and commitment to safety protocols.
• Experience using precision tools for maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
• Prior manufacturing/warehouse/lumber operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Level and tension saws.
• Sharpen saws and grind band wheels.
• Operate sharpening machines and hand tools.
• Repair saw blades and knives per specifications.
• Adhere to lockout/tagout safety procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
