Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction safety experience or similar field safety role.
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support incident prevention through field observations and coaching.
• Conduct job walks to identify hazards and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with superintendents to support safe work planning and execution.
• Assist with inspections of site areas, tools, and practices.
• Support safety requirements for fall protection, confined spaces, and more.
• Assist with incident investigations and follow-up corrective actions.
• Participate in safety orientations, toolbox talks, and site training.
• Contribute to hazard analyses and pre-task planning tools.
