The role focuses on on-site safety, incident investigation, and training. The night shift runs from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with competitive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of fall protections systems and electrical safety.
• Experience with permit-required confined spaces, excavation trenches, scaffolding.
• Strong incident investigation and safety training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide incident prevention support through site inspections and training.
• Serve as on-site Competent Person performing regular inspections.
• Oversee safety professionals assigned to the project.
• Advise site personnel on hazards and safe work methods.
• Investigate incidents and prepare evaluation reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks and site-specific training.
• Develop Activity Hazard Analyses for key processes.
• Perform PPE assessments as needed.
