Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner for night shifts at our Saint Louis area location. You will provide direct patient care under physician orders, consult on therapy effectiveness, and support physicians and nurses as a respiratory care expert.

Qualifications include graduation from a CoArc-approved program, RCP licensure, and an RRT credential; ACLS preferred and PALS for ER staff. Physical demands and shift differential apply, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) licensure.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care according to physician orders.
• Consult physicians on effectiveness of therapy.
• Serve as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff in respiratory care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
