Job summary

Mercy in Saint Louis is seeking an experienced Respiratory Care Practitioner to deliver high-quality patient care during night shifts. You will follow physician orders, assess therapy effectiveness, and collaborate with physicians and nurses in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications include an ARCP program graduate with an NBRC RRT credential and state licensure; ACLS preferred and PALS may be required for ER staff. Sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license per state requirements.
• RRT credential (NBRC) required.
• ACLS preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care per physician orders.
• Consult with physicians on therapy effectiveness.
• Serve as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff regarding respiratory care.
• Perform duties as assigned.
