Riverview Regional Medical Center, a 281-bed acute-care hospital in Gadsden, AL, is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner II to join a dedicated team. You will perform respiratory therapy and pulmonary diagnostics as ordered and may lead the RCP team during your shift.

Requirements include active RCP license, NBRC RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, with an emphasis on patient-centered care and continuity across shifts.

Formación

• Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required.
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from NBRC or obtained within 3 months of hire.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC at hire and maintained.
• ACLS certification from AHA or ARC at hire and maintained.
• PALS certification from AHA or ARC at hire and maintained or obtained within 60 days.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certificate at hire and maintained or obtained within 60 days.
• Associate Degree or BS preferred.
• Two years of acute care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by physician.
• Potentially serve as Lead RCP and oversee section during shift.
