Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Roadway / Utility Superintendent for heavy night work in the Winston-Salem area. You will manage night shift crews on highway, roadway and underground utility projects, coordinating traffic control and ensuring safety on every shift.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in heavy civil roadway/utility leadership and DOT night experience, with the ability to read plans and maintain accurate quantities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil roadway and/or underground utility experience at superintendent or senior foreman level.
• Proven night work experience on DOT roadway or utility projects.
• Able to read plans and specs and keep accurate quantities.
• Ready to work a heavy night schedule.
• NCDOT project experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Run night shift field operations on roadway and utility projects.
• Lead roadway, grading and underground utility crews and their foremen.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, equipment and material deliveries.
• Plan the work and shift the project schedule.
• Own jobsite safety, toolbox talks and OSHA compliance on every shift.
• Set up and manage traffic control and lane closures inside approved night work windows.
• Work directly with NCDOT inspectors and project engineers.
• Track installed quantities and daily production.
• Complete daily reports, crew time and field documentation.
• Coordinate handoffs with the project manager and day side of the job.
