Job summary

AdventHealth Orlando is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Consumer Experience Center on a full-time, night-shift team. You will provide courteous customer service, triage inquiries, and coordinate with staff to ensure quality patient care and timely referrals.

The role requires an Associate's in Nursing, RN licensure, BLS, and strong communication. This on-site position offers sign-on eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• RN license (Florida) or eligible, with BLS certification
• 2+ clinical nursing experience required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Typing speed at least 45 words per minute
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Experience with virtual care monitoring is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous responses and excellent customer service to consumers, clinic staff, physicians, and leaders
• Meet performance metric standards in collaboration with staff
• Maintain knowledge of AdventHealth offerings to properly direct inquiries
• Deliver virtual clinical care within nursing scope and provide triage as needed
• Escalate when appropriate and refer to healthcare providers or community resources
• Document interactions and update consumer records in the system
