AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, educate families, and coordinate with the medical staff to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• RN required (Florida)
• ACLS, BLS required
• EDU: ADN required, BSN preferred
• 1+ year acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care; ensure clear communication.
• Document patient information, care activities, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
